Your staff attitide for Indians was very bad.

The room was unbelievably comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Not only did they show me to my room during check-in, but when I accidentally dropped some money, they remembered me and returned it the next day. The location is superb, just a short walk away from Central Festival Mall and Pattaya Beach. I was thrilled to find so many spa parlors, restaurants, and shops nearby. The hotel offers free WIFI, a clean swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna bath facility, and a fitness center. The restaurant served a delicious Indian buffet breakfast with a variety of dishes and friendly waiters. the service was outstanding, and I can't wait to go back again. Oh, and did I mention the balcony? It was a nice touch!

Everything was good, nothing too much trouble, I would be happy to recommend it. The hotel met all requests, it was a great stay on holidays. The breakfast was good, plenty of food. The staff was IMPECCABLE, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. The location was marvellous and stunning, not too far from a shopping mall.

It's a modernhotel, the staff are amiable and the breakfast is satisfactory. The rooms are neat and the bathrooms are nice. The location particularly good for Central Pattaya district, it is near the pier from here, pattaya and tour packages and the center of Pattaya.

Great value for money with nice and modern rooms. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and the pool was fantastic. The beds were always well made and the towels looked beautiful. The location was convenient, close to Pattaya Beach, restaurants, and shopping malls. The staffs were very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel had a fantastic pool area and the fitness room was pretty nice. The wifi was fast throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was awesome, with both Indian and American versions served in different halls. I also enjoyed the sauna by the pool. Easy access to the attractions like Walking Street, the Sanctuary of Truth, and the pier to Koh Larn. I had a great time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

My room was tidy, had smoke detectors for safety measures. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator were provided.

The location was very convenient as it was within walking distance of several restaurant options and a nearby market. the hotel had great Wi-Fi that made it easy to work from my room.

The gym was quite small and lacked equipment for a complete workout. the hotel seemed to attract a rowdy crowd, which made it difficult to relax after a long day of work.

They are quick to assist with any requests or questions I had. Lastly, the facilities at this place are outstanding. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the spa and wellness center is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With free Wi-Fi in the rooms, I was able to stay connected throughout my stay.

Friendly and efficient check-in, clean room, comfortable bed. Noticed ongoing redecorating. The pool barman tried to stop inappropriate behavior by some guests. I would recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located, clean rooms, friendly staff, great rooftop pool, away from nightlife but close enough.
